This Kensington, MD project is a 2 story structure, and is absolutely loaded with bells and whistles. Lets start with helical piers as the footers. This means not having to dig holes, as the piers are drilled directly into the ground. The first floor is a 32 X 14 enclosed patio, featuring a Dry Snap ceiling, Pennsylvania Flag Stone, white vinyl pillars, and Screeneze screens.
