TimberTech Loyalty Program for MD & VA Builders
Any contractor can join the program, but he or she must be qualified and meet certain training requirements. You must, for example, provide a state contractor’s license (if applicable), as well as proof of up-to-date general liability insurance and state-required insurance. Essentially, most reputable, properly licensed and insured contractors are eligible. Once you’ve joined the program, your tier level is determined by submitting invoices for approved TimberTech building products, which then earn you marketing funds.
Is There a Cost to Join the Program?
There’s no cost associated with joining this program. Many contractors, architects, designers, and dealers are concerned about this, but there’s no need to charge. It’s a mutually beneficial system for the installers and TimberTech.
Access to Marketing Materials and Funds
Contractors enrolled in the rewards program gain access to all marketing material from TimberTech. They also receive marketing funds for approved TimberTech purchases and installations. Those funds can be used on local marketing, promotional items, merchandise, wearables, installation tools, or even cash.
What Are the Different Available Levels?
There are two eligibility tiers available, and they have varying warranty benefits associated with them.
TimberTech Member or Silver Registered Contractor
- Standard Protection System (Decking and Fasteners): 2-Year Warranty
- Maximum Protection System (Decking, Railing, and Fasteners): 4-Year Warranty
TimberTech Gold or Platinum Registered Contractor
- Standard Protection System (Decking and Fasteners): 5-Year Warranty
- Maximum Protection System (Decking, Railing, and Fasteners): 7-Year Warranty
Once you’re enrolled in the rewards program, you get access to this labor replacement warranty. Your tier level simply determines the length of that warranty benefit.
What Products Are Covered under the Replacement Labor Warranty?
- All TimberTech AZEK deck products
- All TimberTech AZEK porch products
- All TimberTech/AZEK railing systems
- All TimberTech PRO four-sided capped decking products, excluding TimberTech Edge, ReliaBoard, Twin Finish, and Docksider decking
- Fasteners, including FUSIONLoc, CONCEALoc, TOPLoc, SIDELoc, Cortex, and other TimberTech- and AZEK-branded fasteners
