"My wife always told us that she wanted an extra room to get away from the rest of the kids and us while we’re watching TV so we can sit down and she can read her book. Originally she wanted a screened in porch, but I thought it would be better to have a room that would be used year-round.  The advantage to having a room year-round would definitely emphasize being able to use it during any season or if it’s snowing [or] it’s raining outside.

We also have it in such a way that we could close it off from the rest of the house.  We can open windows, and we got plenty of sliding casement windows that we can open and close whenever we want to get fresh air in the spring time.

Design Builders was a fantastic choice for us in using them as our builder to build the sunroom, and we are very very pleased with the end result."
