Falls Church Porch Patio and Hot Tub

For this Falls Church homeowner, Design Builders brought together a covered porch, patio, and hot tub area in one outdoor living project. The porch combines SunPro motorized screens, Trex composite decking, Infratech heaters, and a Larson storm door, with helical piers and architectural roof shingles completing the construction. Together, these spaces give the homeowner a covered place to gather alongside open-air areas for relaxing.
