Frisco Woodline originally operated as G. E. Frisco. The company has been around since 1955.

The most recent iteration of the company began in 1985, when Prem Agarwal emigrated from India in order to study engineering. An entrepreneurial spirit, he bought Frisco in that year.

After the company rose to new levels of success, Agarwal’s children (Neil Agarwal and Libby Mendiratta) took over operations in 2022.

They continue to bring his vision to life of being a trusted, go-to solution for East Coast builders requiring lumber and other construction supplies. With expansion into their special services, they also bring:
