This screened-in porch was built for a homeowner in Potomac, Maryland. Its 320 square feet of area provides enough space for two entertainment areas. The room is wired for electronics and features a white ceiling fan to match the white vinyl handrails and 'Slate Grey' AZEK decking, which was installed using hidden fasteners. The colors contrast well with the exposed pine rafters and pine beadboard, which were stained brown to match the home's interior wooden ceiling.
