What’s the difference between a 3-season and a 4-season room?

The main difference between a 3-season and a 4-season room is how and when you can use them:

  • 3-Season Room: Designed for use during spring, summer, and fall. These rooms are enclosed and protected from weather and insects, but typically have less insulation and are not heated or cooled for year-round comfort.
  • 4-Season Room: Built with full insulation, energy-efficient windows, and integrated heating and cooling systems, allowing you to use the space comfortably in all four seasons—even during winter.

While a 4-season room is more versatile, it does require a higher initial investment due to the added features and construction involved.
