"For years, we had an idea of doing something to the back of this home and increasing the visibility of the view and taking advantage of the luxury here. We felt with our children leaving, we needed less space and more entertaining. Where our house is situated, it’s on the 18th tee box and we really never take advantage of the views. It gives us a warm atmosphere, and sitting out here you can of course you have the perfect view of the golf course.
We had the hot tub put at the end of the deck here. it just gives you all the elements that you’re looking for for this type of atmosphere, especially where we positioned the hot tub at the end of the deck where its 50% outside and 50% inside the pavilion. Stargazing is beautiful at night and the moon sets right up there [above our heads]. it’s just a perfect evening.
We got everything we wanted here, from the view and the construction standpoint and the durability, we’re very pleased with the outcome of the project."
