Summary
This 2 story screened porch / deck in Chevy Chase is another example of how Design Builders is able to design and create something unique to the homeowners backyard. A cookie cutter project here simply would not have worked. The homeowner wanted something that promoted the intimacy of the backyard.
Design Builders created a combination screened porch and deck that made the homeowner feel as if their porch was a tree house. DB kept all the trees in the backyard, and instead of clearing space, designed the porch to accentuate the trees.
