Craftsman-Style Screened Room with Custom Flagstone Sitting Wall

A high-end screened porch project built by Design Builders for a home in Bethesda, Maryland. What started as a small, existing flagstone patio (watch the before and after here) was expanded into this unique build, featuring a screened-in porch with a Pennsylvania flagstone patio, two designer ceiling fans, a Sunbrite outdoor television, and Infratech infrared heaters for true year-round capabilities

The curved flagstone sitting wall is a useful design feature that both allows for an elevated gardening or soiled area complete with camouflaged outdoor speakers, as well as additional seating space around a charming area suitable for seated entertainment and brisk nights around the fire pit.
