"We always wanted a screened-in porch. We have a vaulted ceiling - it’s a very pretty wood ceiling - two fans, and we have two great heaters that we added in kind of at the last minute. We were gonna have it just wired and I was hoping towards the end we would actually get them in and we did, and it’s been fabulous to have those. We had the porch wired for speakers, we have a TV in it which is great because it actually has become a family room for us instead of just a porch to sit in once in a while.
Off of the porch, we did a big flagstone patio also where we can put a fire pit and a couple love seats and chairs. And so now we’re out here all the time. The kids use this all the time, they love to sit on the screened-in porch together, we have a section on there, and they watch TV, they hang out, we have dinner in there all the time now, and then they use the patio. They wanna always make s’mores.
We were so happy with James from the beginning. If through the whole process anything came up, he was right there for us to respond, answer any questions, and we couldn’t be more pleased."
