Custom Azek Deck with Leaf Inlay
Azek deck featuring Kona and Fawn decking colors. The Kona decking was heated and bent to create a leaf inlay in the middle of the deck. A double boarder featuring the Kona color was also added to highlight the round perimeter of the deck. The entire deck acts as a 600 square foot roof creating a dry area beneath the deck for a future patio.

Low Maintenance Vinyl Deck
This three level 1000 square foot deck located in Poolesville, MD features Azeks Harvest collection decking. Maryland Vinyl Products railings are installed around the perimeter. The white railings match the white PVC trim that covers the framing. A stair system with landing connects the deck to the back yard.

Deck Stairs Access a Paver Walkway
This low maintenance stair system accesses a brick paver walkway. The walkway is decorated with landscaping to hide the foundation of the home. Notice that the stair system features a white 'graspable handrail'. This is code in Montgomery County. White 'risers' are also installed on the vertical members of the stairs. This too is a Montgomery County requirement.

Azek Deck
Azek Brownstone decking is installed parallel to the house with hidden fasteners. Azek Sedona decking is installed perpendicular to the house as a feature board to avoid 'butt joints' in the deck. The darker color decking is also installed around the perimeter as a picture frame boarder. This detail makes all the difference in the world.

This deck features PVC low maintenance decking. Since the deck is closer than 30'' from the ground, handrails are not required. Benches define the perimeter of the space and provide additional seating areas. A white vinyl pergola is installed in the corner as a decorative piece and to provide shade for homeowners while dining.

RDI Endurance handrails provide a low maintenance and stylish barrier around the perimeter of the tall deck.
