James Moylan was born in Bethesda, MD in 1980. He grew up in Howard County, MD where he attended Hammond Elementary and Middle school. He later attended DeMatha Catholic High school where he graduated with honors and lettered in Baseball. His baseball playing abilities earned him a scholarship to the University of Richmond. At Richmond James majored in Spanish and Business Administration. After completing his degree, he moved to Valencia, Spain to take a job. After a three year stint in Europe he returned to Maryland. In 2006 he set up Design Builders Inc. with his partner James Favret. He currently lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife Leslie.

Jim was born in Emmitsburg, Md and grew up with his three brothers in Calverton, Md. He attended St. Joseph’s in Beltsville before graduating from DeMatha Catholic High School in 1998. Jim studied biology at James Madison while working part-time for various companies in the construction industry. In 2004, Jim left the area to pursue a job in the Czech capital city of Prague. After living and working abroad for 2 years he came back to the area to put together Design Builders Inc. with his partner James Moylan.
